You may find that the ten ( 0 - 9 ) groups do not give you all the flexibility you need. You have the option of greating User Level Permissions. First assign the user to a group that closely resembles the permissions you want to grant. Then edit the user.

From the main Security Screen Click [ User Manager ] Top Right.

Notice a button on the bottom left of the screen [ User Level Permissions ]

Grant or deny permissions just as you would a group. Be sure to click the checkbox [ User Level Access Overrides Group Settings ] before you click [ Save ]
