Building Type, Fountation Type and Property Type employs drop-down menus. The information in these lists are entered under the Administrative Functions / Modify Lookup Tables.

Basin. The Basin Field is the Sewer Basin Area for this property.

Flooding History is a short statement such as: Basement Flooded in 2006.

Number of Pumps. Total number of pumps on this property.

Under the dropdowns are fields to store information about the storm and sewer system:

Click on the checkbox for each item present. For Check Valve and Cleanout enter the Date they were Installed, the Type and the Location.

For Overhead Sewer enter the Date Installed. Select, using the radio buttons, whether it is Sanitary or Combined. Select Yes or No if there is a Separate Storm Sewer Available. If yes, then select if it is Connected to Storm Sewer.

The Year Built is the year the structure was erected.
Major Mod: This is the year that major modifications were made to the structure. These two fields help determine whether a property may be exempt or not.
